Access Guide
Getting to (Green and Grill)
- Green and Grill is located to the rear of the main swimming pool.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope and slight ramps/slopes.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is by the main swimming pool, please click here for more information (new tab).
Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located in the centre of the resort, close to the main pool.
- There is no step-free access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- There is 1 step, which is clearly marked, with handrails on both sides.
- The width of the door opening is 150cm.
Restaurant
- The restaurant has full table service.
- Food served includes: an à la carte menu.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There may be background noise.
- The flooring is shiny.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this area are low in the evening.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- Food is pre-ordered at the guest relations desk.
Seating
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs without armrests and high stools.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring is shiny.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There may be background noise.
- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
