Getting to (Pancake and Ice Cream Area)
- Located at the front of the resort, by the main building.
- The most accessible route has a slight ramp/slope.

Restaurant (Ice Cream)
- Access into the restaurant area is via a steep ramp/slope.
- The slope is over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- The kiosk has staff who can provide assistance.
- Food served includes: desserts.
- The following are available: takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There may be background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this area are low in the evening.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
Restaurant (Pancake)

- The slope is between 75cm and 150cm wide,.
- The kiosk has staff who can provide assistance.

Seating
- Access into the seating area is via a steep ramp/slope.
- The slope is over 150cm wide,.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: bench seats.
- The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
