Resort Information
- The resort is located in Santo Tomas on the south coast of Menorca.
- This adults-only resort provides accommodation in 1 seven-storey building. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps and slopes of varying degrees. There are 3 lifts.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, beach access and restaurants.
- The resort has 250 rooms available. 4 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There are 3 restaurants.
- There are 2 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: toilets with some adaptations for disabled people and standard toilets.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found reception, the pool area, the rooftop and restaurant area.

- The height of the reception counter is 105cm.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, bars and restaurants.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the lifts. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms, restaurants, rooftop pool, the bar, gym and spa.
- There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors.
- The floors that can be accessed from the lift are 0, E 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
- The lift door opening width is 80cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 108cm x 157cm.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Reception - No Transfer Space)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are cm x cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.

- There is a push button flush on top of the cistern.
