Getting to (Downtown Restaurant)
- The Downtown Restaurant is located at the rear of the resort, next to the Oasis pool and beach.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is next to the Wunderbar, within the male and female toilets, please click here for more information (new tab).
Restaurant
- There is step-free level access into the restaurant area.
- The restaurant has full table service.
- Menus are handheld, wall-mounted and online.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels are good in this area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
Seating
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests and chairs without armrests.
- Some of the tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Lighting levels are good in this seating area.
