Access Guide
Getting to (Kids' Pool)
- The Kids' Pool is located within the Kids' Club, which is located next to the main activity pool.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a door permanently held open.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is next to the Wunderbar, within the male toilets, please click here for more information (new tab).
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is next to the Wunderbar, within the female toilets, please click here for more information (new tab).
Entrance (Kids' Club)
- The entrance to the area is located next to the main activity pool.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the area.
- There is a gate at the entrance, which is permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 90cm.
Swimming Pool
- This is an outdoor swimming pool.
- Guests get into the water by dropping directly in from the side of the pool.
- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- The pool has a lifeguard on duty at all times.
- Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: a children's pool.
- The flooring is artificial grass.
- There is a second pool, the access to which is by dropping directly into.
Toilet
- The male and female standard toilets were surveyed.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 71cm.
- The width of the door into the toilet cubicle is not over 75cm.
- The wash basin tap type is sensor.
- There is a baby change facility which is not at a recommended height (75cm).
