Getting to (Tropic Bar)
- The Tropic Bar is located at the rear of the beach.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is near the Wunderbar within the male standard toilets, please click here for more information (new tab).

Bar
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks.
- Menus are wall-mounted.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Some of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
Seating
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring outside is grass.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
