Access Guide
Getting to (Wunderbar)
- The Wunderbar is located at the centre of the resort grounds.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope and step-free level access.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is next to the Wunderbar, within the male toilets, please click here for more information (new tab).
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is next to the Wunderbar, within the female toilets, please click here for more information (new tab).
- There is step-free access to the seating area by the activity pool.
There are steep ramps which access the bar area and the Courtyard seating area.
Bar (Wunderbar)
- Access into the bar area is via a slight ramp/slope.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- The bar serves drinks and has full table service.
- Menus are online and countertop.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
Seating (Next to Activity Pool)
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests.
- The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
Seating (Courtyard)

- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
