Getting to the Room (3105)
- The average walking time to the room is 3 minutes.
- To the left of the reception desk, follow the pathway then take a right at the end of the pathway into the room corridor.
Proceed along the room corridor then continue straight ahead into building number 3.
Continue along the room corridor in building number 3, until you reach room number 3105 on the right. - The most accessible route to the room has step-free level access.
- The majority of the walkways on route to the room are between 120cm and 180cm.
- The flooring on the route is not shiny or patterned.
Room (3105)
- This room has adaptations for disabled people. There are more than 10 rooms of this type in the resort.
- All rooms with adaptations for disabled people are similar to the one surveyed.
- There is step-free level access into the room.
- The room door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast.
- The room door opening is 79cm wide.
- The bed type is double.
- The top of the mattress is 65cm from the floor.
- The space under the bed is 27cm high.
- Furniture cannot be moved to enable a turning space (150cm x 150cm) next to the bed.
- The room does have an emergency alarm.
- There is hard flooring.
- The space to the left of the bed is 60cm. The space to the right of the bed is 60cm.
The width of the door to the balcony is 114cm.
Ensuite (3105)
- The ensuite door opens towards you and has an opening width of 70cm.
- There is not room for a wheelchair user to turn in the ensuite (150cm x 150cm).
- There is hard flooring.
- The facilities in the ensuite include: a toilet, a wash basin and a shower without a step.
- There is no lateral transfer space next to the toilet, as there is not enough space.
- Fixtures within the ensuite include: a toilet roll holder.
- There is no dropdown rail.
- There is not a turning space in the shower for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).
- The bathroom floor measures 69cm wide and 256cm long.
