Access Guide
Getting to the Room
- The average walking time to the room is 1 minutes.
- Enter the Santa Ponsa Park building and turn left at the reception desk. Go up the ramp and turn left where the lifts are located. Take a lift to the 1st floor. Exit the lift and turn left. Room 129 is located to the right.
- The most accessible route to the room has a standard lift and steep ramps/slopes.
- The majority of walkway widths on the route to the room are between 120cm and 180cm.
- The flooring on the route is shiny.
Room (Room 129)
- This room has adaptations for disabled people. There are 10 rooms of this type in the resort.
- All rooms with adaptations for disabled people are similar to the one surveyed.
- There is not step-free access into the room.

- The room door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast.
- The room door opening is 75cm wide.
- The bed type is double.
- The top of the mattress is 51cm from the floor.
