Resort Information

The resort is located on Via Puig des Teix in the centre of Santa Ponsa.
This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people and a swimming pool. There may be additional charges for some of these facilities, for more information please contact TUI or the resort.
The resort has 588 rooms available. 10 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people
Standard rooms with adjoining rooms are available.
The Pionero building is a little higher then the Santa Ponsa Park building. However one can move from one to another via ramps.
There are 2 restaurants.
There are 2 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
Toilet and changing facilities available include: standard toilets, toilets with some adaptations for disabled people and ambulant cubicles.
Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found In the Santa Ponsa Park building next to the lounge bar. In the outdoor pool area.
Standard toilet facilities can be found In the outdoor pool area. In the Santa Ponsa Park Building next to the lounge bar. In the Pionero Building opposite the entrance to the Buffet restaurant.
Baby change facilities can be found in the Santa Ponsa Park Building next to the lounge bar.
There is a medication fridge at the reception.
Guests can hire mobility equipment from the resort.
The resort has a list of local suppliers.
Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.

We have been told that assistance dogs are allowed in most areas of the resort.
Assistance dogs are able to stay with guests in rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
Assistance dog spending areas are not available in the resort.
Water bowls for assistance dogs are not available.
Guests can bring food for assistance dogs which can be stored in the room coolbox.
This resort is aware of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.
There is not a Safe/Quiet Place available in the resort.

Entrance

The entrance to the building is located on the right-hand side of the building as you face it from the road.
There is step-free level access at the entrance to the building.
There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.

Getting Around the Building

Getting Around the Resort

Externally the lift has: buttons with a low colour contrast to the surroundings, a door with a high colour contrast to the surroundings, controls that are not at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm), tactile markings and Braille markings.
The lift does have a recommended turning space (150cm x 150cm) in front of it.
The lift door opening width is 79cm.
The dimensions of the lift are 108cm x 140cm.
There are other lifts which are similar in size at the same location.
Internally the lift has; tactile markings, controls that are not at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm), Braille markings, a visual floor indicator, buttons with a low colour contrast to the surroundings and a mirror to aid reversing.
