Getting to (Gravina Restaurant)
- From the reception lobby, take a lift to level -1 . On exiting the lift, the restaurant is straight ahead.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a lift.
Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located on level -1.
- The entrance to the restaurant is accessed by lift.
- There is a lift which bypasses the steps.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open away from you.
- The width of the door opening is 140cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant
- Food served includes: buffet food and varies daily.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: lactose free, vegetarian, gluten free and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
