Access Guide
Introduction
- Services / facilities within the building include study areas and seminar rooms for students of the university, a reception/information desk and a cafe which are open to the general public.
- Beacon House is a listed building which occupies a corner position on Queen's Road and Queen's Avenue.
The main entrance, on Queen's Road, gives level access to the upper ground floor which includes; the reception/information desk, the cafe and the visitor toilet area.
The side entrance on Queen's Avenue gives level access to the ground floor study area, the stairs and lift for the first floor. These areas are for students.
The student toilet areas at the rear of the ground and first floors are accessed via an easy ramp.
