- Students are only able to use the ground floor study area, rooms and the café.

- The venue does not have its own car park.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building on Queens Road is step-free via a slight slope.
- There are three entrances into the building.
- All three entrances provide step-free access into to building via a slight slope.
- The main entrance on Queens Road is the most accessible and is open from 8am to 4pm, it is available to the public to use.
- The main entrance is signed as Beacon House.
- The student only entrance is signed as University of Bristol.
- The staff only entrance is not signed.
- The main entrance provides step-free level access to the reception and Source café on the ground floor.
- The student only entrance, is located on Queen's Avenue and has step-fee access via a slight slope.
- This entrance can only be used by students between 4pm and 10pm.
- The staff only entrance is located on Queens Road and has step-fee access via a slight slope.
- This entrance can only be used by staff between 8am and 6pm.
Getting Around
- There is step-free access throughout the building on all floors.
- There are slight ramps to the toilets in the lower and upper study areas on the ground floor.
- There is a slight ramp to the Print Zone on the lower study area on the ground floor.
- To access the staff area from the reception lobby, use the manual doors to the right of the reception desk.
- There is a key fob/card reader at a height of 102cm to access this area.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard on the ground floor and the two study floors with some flooring being patterned.
