- The Lyddon Hall Annexe is located between Cromer Terrace and Cromer Street.
- The Lyddon Hall Annexe is made up of an interconnected block of terraced properties on 3 floors.
- The levels are numbered 1, 2 and 3.
- The Lyddon Hall Annexe has 44 rooms.
- There are three rooms with adaptations.
- All rooms with adaptations are on level 1 and all have step-free access.
- Room 1.2 has a ceiling hoist which covers the bed and another ceiling hoist which covers all area of the ensuite.

- There are also shared bathroom, shower and toilet facilities on each floor.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free and level via a very easy slope.
- The accessible entrance is from Cromer Street. There is a slight ramp and uneven surfaces on the approach to the entrance.
- The Lyddon Hall Annexe has three stepped entrances and one step-free entrance with a slight ramp.
- The accessible entrance faces Cromer Street and is unsigned.
- The stepped entrances face Cromer Terrace. The first two entrances are signed as 13 and 19 but the third stepped entrance is un-signed.
- The accessible entrance provides step-free access via a slight ramp to rooms 1.1, 1.2, 1.4 and a communal kitchen and bathroom.
Getting Around
- There is stepped access throughout the majority of the building on all floors.
- There are clearly marked steps throughout the building and along corridors to reach all rooms except rooms 1.1, 1.2, and 1.4.
- Rooms 1.1, 1.2, and 1.4 have step-free access on level 1 of the building.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes have short-pile carpet.
- There are no resting areas.
- There is no wayfinding signage available.
- There are manual doors along circulation routes throughout the building.

- The handrail covers the flight of stairs throughout its length.
- The handrail extends horizontally beyond the first and last step.
- The height of the steps is not between 15cm and 18cm.

- The depth of the steps is between 30cm and 45cm.
