Access To
- The most accessible entrance into the Campus Kitchen is directly in front of you on entering the Percy Gee Building via the main entrance on level 0.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access and shiny flooring.
- There is written text signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into the Campus Kitchen.
- The entrance has no doors and has a large opening.
- There are alternative entrances into the level 0 area of the Kitchen.
- There is an automatic single door off the Square on level 0 of the Percy Gee Building. To access the door there is a slight slope that overcomes steps.
- There is a stepped entrance towards the south of the Kitchen, from level 0 of the Percy Gee Building.
- There is an external revolving door entrance into the Kitchen via a revolving door.
- There are steps leading into the lower level 0, and upper ground areas of the Kitchen, into the level 0 area of the Kitchen.

- This area has a counter where food and drink can be ordered and designated seating.
- Full table service is not available.
- Menus are wall-mounted.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.

- The counter is located towards the left of the Kitchen.
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The height of the counter is 90cm.
- There are three counters on the ground floor of The Kitchen.
- Queens Pizza and Pasta counter which has a height of 90cm.
- Soul counter which has a height of 90cm.
- Astrovan counter which has a hight of 137cm.
- Astrovan has a touchscreen as well in order to food with heights between 112cm and 170cm.

Seating Area

- There is step-free level access throughout the seating area.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest.
- The flooring is shiny.
- The walls and floor have a high visual contrast.
- Seating available in this area includes: chairs with armrests and chairs without armrests.
- Furniture available in this area includes: tables, coffee tables and high tables.
- Some chairs and tables are fixed.
- The surface height of some of the tables is suitable for wheelchair users.
- The clear height under some of the tables is suitable for wheelchair users.
- There is background noise in this area.
- Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey.
- There is a set of steps to the Lower Ground Floor and Upper Ground Floor areas of the Kitchen. Which can be accessed step-free by lift. .
