Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free access.
- Park Building has three entrances. The rear entrance provides step-free access via a steep ramp to level 0. There is an automatic door at the rear entrance.
- The rear entrance is signed as disabled entrance. The other two entrances are not signed.
- The rear entrance provides step-free access via a steep ramp to level 0.
- The front entrance is located on King Henry I Street and has stepped access. The side entrance on the right hand side of the building has stepped access.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout majority of the building on all floors.
- Access to room 4.01 on level 4 is via 13 not clearly marked steps with a handrail on both sides. Access to rooms 4.02 and 4.03 on level 4 is via 7 clearly marked steps with a handrail on the right.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are carpeted, hard and smooth, with some having a shiny finish.
- There are resting areas in some circulation and lobby areas with chairs without armrests.
- There is wall mounted signage provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors in some corridor and lobby areas.
