- The Diamond is a very large building with six floors.
- There are five main lifts and five main staircases within the building.
- The floors are signed as Basement, Ground, First, Second, Third and Fourth Floor.

Parking and Public Transport
View
- There is a campus car park, with Blue Badge parking available.
- The name of the nearest car park is Leavygreave Road car park.
- The nearest train station is Sheffield.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free and level.
- The Diamond had three entrances.
All three entrances provide step-free level access to the Ground Floor.
The are automatic doors available are all three entrances(the alternative being manual revolving doors). - The entrances are signed as East, West and South Entrance.
- The South Entrance is located off Leavygreave Road.
- The East Entrance is located off St George's Terrace and the West Entrance is located on the west side of the building.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth, with some having a shiny finish.
- There are resting areas in some circulation and lobby areas with a mixture of seating.
- Overhead and wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors in some corridor and lobby areas.
