- David Goldman Technology Centre is a large building with three floors.
- There is one main lift and three main staircases within the building.
- The floors are signed as level 1, 2 and 3.

- There is a campus car park, with Blue Badge parking available.
- The nearest train station is Sunderland Train Station.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free via slight slopes.
- David Goldman Technology Centre has two entrances, one from University Square and one from St Peter's Way.
- Both entrances provide step-free access to the building via a steep ramp. There are double automatic doors available at both entrances.
- The entrances are signed as David Goldman Technology Centre.
- The most accessible entrance provides step-free access to the ground floor.
- The alternative entrance provides step-free access to the first floor.
Getting Around
- There is step-free access throughout the building on all floors.
- On level 1 there is a steep ramp to access the study area in the middle of the building.
- On level 2 there is a slight ramp to access the study area in the middle of the building.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth. Some floor surfaces are patterned.
- There are resting areas in some circulation and lobby areas with a mixture of seating.
- Wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors along circulation routes throughout the building.

Entrance (University Square)
