Disability Advice Contact Details
- The Student Centre brings together student support services, including Disability Advice, who provide confidential, pre-booked appointments in-person or online on a range of issues.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free via slight slopes.
- The Library has two entrances.
- Both entrances provide access to the ground floor.
- There are barriers beyond the main entrance. The width of the barriers are 90cm and the height of the card readers on the barriers are 105cm.
- The main entrance is not signed but the accessible entrance is signed as wheelchair access.
- The accessible entrance provides step-free access to the ground floor.
- The main entrance is located off Library Square and has stepped access.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout majority of the building on all floors.
- On the first floor there is a slight ramp to access study area and toilets.
- Access to the standard toilets on the basement is via 2 clearly marked steps without a handrail.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are carpeted.
- There are resting areas in some circulation and lobby areas with a mixture of seating.
- Wall mounted signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are not manual doors in any circulation corridors, only to access some stairwells.

- All of the external lift controls are at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
