Access To
- The Dr Cheng Chan Moot Room is on floor 1 of the Paul Hamlyn Library, at the end of the individual study area on this floor.

- The most accessible route has a lift, a slight ramp or slope and manual doors.
- The slope has a slight gradient.
- There is written text signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into the Dr Cheng Chan Moot Room.
- There are double manual doors which open away from you.
- One of the doors was locked at the time of the survey.
- The locked door can be opened on request .
- The width of the opening is 80cm.
- The doors have a high visual contrast.
Teaching
- This is a teaching room.
- There is step-free level access throughout the majority of areas.
- The following areas have stepped access: the Judge's bench area.
- Furniture can be moved to enable a manoeuvring space for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- Floor coverings are not even and could potentially cause a trip hazard.
- The walls and floor have a high visual contrast.
- Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey.

- Companions sit next to you, behind you and in front of you.
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest.
- Seating available in the room includes: chairs with armrests and chairs without armrests.
