Access To
- The Museum (Heathrow - The Journey) is located in Heart, ahead and to the left as you enter the external Park entrance.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access and shiny flooring.
- There is written text signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into the Museum (Heathrow - The Journey).
- There is a single manual door which opens both ways.
- The width of the opening is 97cm.
- The door has a low visual contrast.
Exhibition Space
- There is step-free level access throughout all areas.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- Some flooring is patterned.
- The walls and floor have a low visual contrast.
- The following may be experienced here: sudden loud noises and audio triggered by a sensor.
- There is background noise.
- Lighting levels vary due to the use of large glazed walls.
- Display information includes: pictorial, audio guides, information boards, televisions/screens and interactive exhibits at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
