- The Refectory is located in Heart, ahead and to the left after you enter the external Park entrance.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access and shiny flooring.
- There is no signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into the Refectory.
- The width of the opening is 142cm.

- This area has a buffet counter, self service counters, staff who can provide assistance with ordering and numerous seating options.
- Full table service is not available.
- Menus are wall-mounted and available on a board.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- Dietary and allergen requirements should be discussed with the staff at the buffet counter.
