- The Luxborough Suite is located to the left of both the Luxborough Building and the Marylebone Building. It is a small area containing bike storage and a changing and shower area.
- There is an external lift to provide access to the changing area and the bike storage area.
- The floors are signed as the Basement and the Podium level.
The Podium level is the same as the ground floor with the Marylebone and Luxborough buildings.
The basement level can be accessed directly off the car park. - There are no toilet facilities.

Access To
- The Cycle area entrance of the Luxborough Suite is accessed off floor B1 in the car park.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.

Lift (Podium Level Access)

- The Basement level and the Podium level are accessed by this lift.
- The lift door has a high visual contrast.
- The lift has a level manoeuvring space in front of it for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).
- The weight limit for the lift is 630kg.
- The external lift control buttons have tactile markings and a high visual contrast.
- All of the external lift controls are at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The lift door opening width is 80cm.
- The internal dimensions of the lift are 140cm (width) x 108cm (depth).
- The internal lift control buttons have tactile markings and a high visual contrast.
- All of the internal lift controls are at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- Internally the lift has: a mirror to aid reversing, a visual floor indicator, an audible announcer and a list of floor services/facilities.
- Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey.

- Internally the door has a high visual contrast.
- Facilities in this area include: showers, a changing bench and lockers.
- There are lockers at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
