Overview

About View
- The Luxborough Suite is located to the left of both the Luxborough Building and the Marylebone Building. It is a small area containing bike storage and a changing and shower area.
- There is an external lift to provide access to the changing area and the bike storage area.
- The floors are signed as the Basement and the Podium level.
  The Podium level is the same as the ground floor with the Marylebone and Luxborough buildings.
  The basement level can be accessed directly off the car park.
- There are no toilet facilities.

The Cycle area entrance of the Luxborough Suite is accessed off floor B1 in the car park.

Internally the lift has: a mirror to aid reversing, a visual floor indicator, an audible announcer and a list of floor services/facilities.
Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey.

Changing Area View
- The male changing area was surveyed.
- The changing area is located on floor B1.
- The distance from the lift is 5m.
- The most accessible route to the changing area has step-free level access and narrow walkways.
- There is step-free level access into the changing area.
- The door opens inwards and has a high visual contrast.
- The width of the door opening is 87cm.
- Internally the door has a high visual contrast.
- Facilities in this area include: showers, a changing bench and lockers.
- There are lockers at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey.
Shower Facilities View
- There is stepped access to the shower facilities.
- There is an adjustable shower head.
- The shower controls are lever mixer.
- There is no shower seat.
