Accessibility Overview 

This 404-room resort consists of one 7-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways,lifts and some ramps of varying degrees.   There are 3 lifts.  There is a pool hoist available for guests. 

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the restaurant and adapted rooms. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main and relaxed pools and the gaming area.

There is stepped access to the tour representative area between reception and the gaming area.

The resort has 11 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 124 on the first floor, accessible step-free by lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There is a handrail next to the toilet. The shower has a flip-down shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 124 takes approximately 4 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
