Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in 3 buildings, some of which have 5 storeys. It is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 2 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lobby bar and the main buffet restaurant. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms on the upper floors of the accommodation buildings.
There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the entertainment area, the pool area, some activities and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
The resort has 395 rooms, 12 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2179 on the ground floor, accessible via ramps of varying degrees. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 2179 takes approximately 6 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
