Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 4 buildings, some of which have 3 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with many ramps and slopes of varying degrees. There is 1 lift. There are no toilets with adaptations for disabled people.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lift and the standard toilets. There is step-free level access via lift to the main buffet restaurant, the room with adaptations for disabled people, the pool area, the activities, the entertainment area and more standard toilets.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance, the main buffet restaurant, the gym and the activities.

There is stepped access to the 2nd restaurant and the games room. A free shuttle bus is available for transportation to the beach.

The resort has 147 rooms, 1 of which has adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2105 on the ground floor, accessible via lift and steep ramps. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are no handrails next to the toilet. There is a horizontal handrail in the shower. The journey from reception to room 2105 takes approximately 4 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
