Accessibility Overview  

This 443 room two-storey resort consists of 15 accommodation blocks and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are no lifts.  There are buggies available to transport guests around the resort. 

There is step-free level access to the reception area and the entertainment area. 

There is step-free access via slight ramps on the route to the water park.  There is step-free access via a steep ramps to the main entrance, the restaurant, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the pool area, the water park and the beach. 

There is stepped access to the Panorama a la carte restaurant , the gym and some areas of the water park. 

The resort has 443 rooms, 9 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 208 on the second floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  There is a flip-down shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 208 takes approximately 3 minutes. 

The journey to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes. 

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
