Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in 4 three-storey buildings. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 4 lifts. There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.
There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the rear exit door, the gym and the main pool. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms in the accommodation buildings.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the entertainment area, the indoor entertainment area and the terrace dining area.
The resort has 550 rooms, 8 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 3004 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step into the shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 3004 takes approximately 6 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception. There are some adjoining rooms with adaptations for disabled people available.
