Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in one 5-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 7 lifts

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts, the main buffet restaurant, the gym and the spa. There is step-free level access via lift to all the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via steep ramps and slight slopes the pool area, the outdoor entertainment area and the beach.

There is stepped access to the main entrance and the indoor pool. The journey to the beach takes approximately 6 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 468 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2100 on the second floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 2100 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
