About Aqua Bay Hotel

The resort provides accommodation in 6 buildings, some of which have two storeys.  The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 5 lifts.   

There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors, the lifts, the standard toilets and the baby changing facilities.  There is step-free level access via lift to some of the guest rooms, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the restaurant. 

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the water park, the pool area, some guest rooms and the entertainment area.   

There is stepped access to some pools in the pool area.    

The resort has 144 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 115 on the ground floor, accessible via slight ramps.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower over.  There are no handrails in the bathroom.  The journey from reception to room 115 takes approximately 6 minutes.  There are no adjoining rooms available.  

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
