About Aqua Paradise Resort

Accessibility Overview 

This 432-room resort consists of three buildings. The main building has 5 storeys. One annexe building has 3 storeys and the other annexe building has 4 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.   There are 8 lifts in total. 

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the entertainment area and the rear exit doors.  There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms, gym, spa.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool and via slight and steep ramps to the water park. 

The resort has 3 rooms which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 002 on the ground floor, accessible step-free from reception.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There is a drop-down handrail next to the toilet. In the shower there is a fixed horizontal rail and a drop-down rail. There is a shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 002 takes approximately 3 minutes.

A manual wheelchair is available to hire at reception and the hotel can also provide details of a local supplier.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
