Accessibility Overview

The resort is set on a hillside with steep ramps and many steps. It consists of two main buildings and several two and three-storey accommodation bungalows. There are 3 lifts. There are buggies available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts. There is step-free level access via lifts to the guest rooms, activities and facilities in the different buildings around the resort.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets, the guest rooms, the restaurants, the pool area, the entertainment area in the lobby bar, the facilities and activities.

The beach is only accessed by several steep, unmarked steps.

The resort has 237 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 401 on the ground floor, accessible via steep ramps. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle and bath. There is a handrail next to the bath. The journey from reception to room 401 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
