Accessibility Overview 

This 512-room resort consists of a 4-storey building and some bungalows and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, lifts and ramps of varying degrees.   There are 5 lifts.  There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts.  There is step-free level access via lift to some of the standard guest rooms and rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the main restaurant and the upper floors.

There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance, the pool, the entertainment area and the beach.  There is a hotel buggy that can take guests to the entertainment area to overcome the steep slopes.

There is stepped access to the entertainment seating area.  The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 512 rooms, 15 of which have some adaptations in the form of wider doors, for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 503 on the fourth floor, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a standard toilet, washbasin and standard shower cubicle.  The journey from reception to room 503 takes approximately 4 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
