Accessibility Overview  

The 232 room resort consists of one 3-storey main building and 36 2-storey accommodation blocks.  It is accessible via level pathways, slopes and ramps of varying degrees, with some steps.  There is one lift in the main building only. 

There is step-free level access from reception to the main buffet restaurant, the entertainment area, the pool area and the lift.  There is step-free level access via lift to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the gym, the spa and the indoor pool. 

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance doors.  There is stepped access to the guest rooms in the accommodation blocks. 

The resort has 232 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 1002 on the ground floor of Block 10, which takes approximately 3 minutes to reach from reception.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath.  There is a handrail in the shower. 

The beach is approximately 6 minutes walk outside of the resort via sloped pathways. Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
