Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in several buildings, some of which have 5 storeys. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 2 lifts.

There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the entertainment area, one of the a la carte restaurants, the lifts and some guest rooms. There is step-free level access via lift to some guest rooms, the main buffet restaurant, the pool area, the mini market, some of the activities, the gym and the spa.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the entertainment terrace and some of the activities. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 10 minutes via a route outside of the hotel.

The resort has 237 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 214 on the first floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower bench. The journey from reception to room 214 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
