Accessibility Overview 

The 268-room resort is spread over several one and two storey accommodation blocks and is mostly accessible via level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees.  There is one lift in the main building.

There is step-free level access from reception to the restaurant, the bar, the games room, the lift and the entertainment area.  There is step-free level access via lift to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the gym, the spa and the indoor pool.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance doors and via steep ramps to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the pool area, the beach and some of the activities.

The resort has 268 rooms, 2 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 1003 on the ground floor, which takes approximately 3 minutes to reach from reception.  The room has an ensuite with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails in the shower and next to the toilet.

The beach is approximately 4 minutes walk from reception via steep ramps.  Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
