The Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort is located in Tragaki, in the east of the island of Zante. The resort is spread over several buildings with ramps overcoming level changes throughout the grounds and lifts in the main building to allow step-free access to all floors.
The majority of the resort has step-free access, with ramps to access the shop, the children’s area, the swimming pools and the beach. There is stepped-only access to the waterslides.
There is step-free access via slope to the main swimming pool, with stepped access into the pool. Access to the beach, from the resort, includes slight and steep ramps.
The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people.
The resort offers 8 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess Room 237, the remaining rooms are similar to this one. All rooms are ensuite.
There is step-free level access to reach this room and step-free level access to get into the room. The ensuite has a shower cubicle with a wall mounted grab rail.
Adjoining rooms are not available.
