Accessibility Overview
This beach-front, adults-only resort has very limited accessibility. There is a stepped entrance then many steps throughout the resort to access the facilities and activities. There are 5 levels of hillside rooms, which are accessible via a funicular railway or buggy transportation.
There is step-free access from reception to the standard toilets and lifts. There are no toilets nor rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
The beach is approximately 10 minutes from reception via a funicular lift and several steep steps.
The resort has 270 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 151 on level -1. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilets or in the shower. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff have details of a rental company.
