Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 19 buildings, some of which have 4 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 2 lifts in the main building and 4 lifts in the Imperial Residences. There is a club cart available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lobby bar, the suites and the Ginger a la carte restaurant. There is step-free level access via lift to the rooms, the main buffet restaurant, the shop, the pool area, the beach and the activities.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the pool area, the entertainment area, the beach, some of the activities and the spa.

There is stepped access to the sports courts. The journey to the beach takes approximately 10 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 344 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1230 on the first floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are no handrails. The journey from reception to room 1230 takes approximately 3 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
