Accessibility Overview
The Atlantica Kalliston Resort is located in Nea Kydonia on the northwest coast of Crete. This adults-only resort consists of 4 buildings over 3 floors and is accessible via level pathways in the grounds and lifts in the building.
There is step-free access the main swimming pool, with ramped access into the pool. The beach is accessed via slight ramps and there is a walkway which gives access onto the beach.
The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people.
The resort offers 5 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess Room 318. All rooms are ensuite.
There is step-free level access to reach this room and step-free level access to get into the room. The ensuite has a wheel-in shower with wall mounted grab rails, however there is not room for a wheelchair to turn in the shower.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. Adjoining rooms are not available.
