Accessibility Overview  

The 302-room resort is spread over one main building and 32 two-storey accommodation blocks.  It is mostly accessible via level pathways with some sloping pathways, steep ramps and some steps.  There is one lift in the main building.  A buggy is available to transport guests around the resort. 

There is step-free level access from reception to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the lifts, the main bar, the mini-market, the rear exit door, the entertainment amphitheatre and the pool area.  There is step-free level access via lift to the main buffet restaurant and the standard toilets with baby changing facilities. 

There is step-free access via slightly sloping pathways to the guest rooms in the accommodation blocks.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the water park and some of the ground floor guest rooms. 

There is stepped access to the sports courts, the yoga area and outdoor gym. 

The resort has 302 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 138 on the ground floor, which takes approximately 5 minutes to reach from reception.  The room has an ensuite with a bath and over-bath shower.  There is one handrail on the wall by the bath. 

The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk from reception, via pathways outside of the resort.  Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
