Accessibility Overview 

The resort consists of 356 rooms spread across three 4-storey buildings. There are 2 lifts in the main building.  The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some slight slopes and ramps.  There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the shops, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the main buffet restaurant and the lifts.  There is step-free level access via lift to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, standard guest rooms, the entertainment area, the activities, some shops, the bars, the gym, the spa, the Kids' Club, the pool area, the beach and the water park.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance and to the beach.  There is stepped access the gym, the dance floor in the entertainment area and the rooms on the first floor of the accommodation blocks.

The resort has 356 rooms, 5 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 124 on the first floor, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 124 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
