Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 28 buildings, some of which have 2 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps and slopes of varying degrees. There is 1 lift.

There is step-free level access to the seating area in the reception lobby, the lobby bar, the main restaurant and the exit door from the reception lobby. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard toilets, the gym, the indoor pool and the conference room.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the entertainment area and to the activities. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the rest of the resort after exiting the reception lobby, the toilet with adaptations for disabled people and the guest rooms.

The resort has 281 rooms, 3 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 3005 on the ground floor, accessible via a steep ramp. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There is a handrail next to the toilet. The journey from reception to room 3005 takes approximately 2 minutes. There are no adjoining rooms available.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
