Accessibility Overview  

The 230-room resort is spread over four 5-storey buildings.  It is mostly accessible via level pathways with some slightly sloping pathways.  There are 2 lifts. 

There is step-free level access from reception to the lobby bar, the main buffet restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities and the lifts.   There is step-free level access via lift to the gym, the spa, the Kids' Club, the standard toilets and the standard guest rooms. 

There is step-free access via slightly sloping pathways to the pool area, the entertainment area, the Baby Lounge and some of the activities.  There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the side entrance door at the main entrance. 

The resort has 230 rooms, 2 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 316 on the third floor, which takes approximately 2 minutes to reach from reception, via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails either side of the toilet. 

The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk outside of the resort.  Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
