This 357-room, 5-storey resort is spread over 3 buildings and is accessible via level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 8 lifts.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the main buffet restaurant, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the lifts. There is step-free level access via lift to the gym on level -1, the standard guest rooms and the rooftop restaurant.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the entertainment area, the children's playground and some of the activities. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors and the pool area. There is stepped access to the spa.
The resort has 357 rooms, 6 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 019 on the ground floor. The room has an open doorway to a bathroom area where there is a separate toilet cubicle and shower cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower cubicle. The journey from reception to room 019 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception and the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
