Accessibility Overview 

The resort provides accommodation in 7 four-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.   There are 9 lifts.  There is a courtesy resort car available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts and the side exit door.  There is step-free level access via lift to the gym, the shop, the main buffet restaurant, the lobby bar, the pool area (4th floor) and the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the infinity pool, the entertainment area and the main pool area.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the Italian restaurant.

There is stepped access to the gym, disco bar and pool table.  

The resort has 505 rooms, 8 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 1703 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 1703 takes approximately 3 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
