Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 1 four-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 7 lifts. 

There is step-free level access to the reception lobby and the lifts. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms, the pool area and the restaurant.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the pool bar area and the lobby bar. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the entertainment bar.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 486 rooms, 14 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 8108 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat and a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 8108 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are standard adjoining rooms available.
