Accessibility Overview 

This 254-room resort is spread over 6 five-storey buildings and is accessible via level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 7 lifts.  A mobile pool hoist is available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the main buffet restaurant, the entertainment area, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the lifts.  There is step-free level access via lift to the gym, the spa, some of the activities and the guest rooms in the accommodation blocks.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance door and the splash park.  There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the pool area.   There is stepped access to the tennis court.

The hotel has a private beach, which is accessed by approximately 5 minutes walk, outside of the resort.

The resort has 254 rooms, 3 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number A01 on the ground floor, which takes approximately 2 minutes to walk from reception.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
