Accessibility Overview 

This 337-room adults-only resort consists of 1 building with 13 storeys.  It is mostly step-free via level pathways with some steep ramps.  There are 3 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts and the standard toilets.  There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms on floors 1 to 13, the restaurant and the pool area.

There is step-free access via a steep ramps to the restaurant, the library and the entertainment/disco.

The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk outside of the resort.

The resort has 337 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 620 on the sixth floor, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 620 takes approximately 5 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
