Accessibility Overview 

This 225-room resort consists of one 12-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.   There are 3 lifts.  There is a pool hoist available for guests. 

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts,  the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets.  There is step-free level access via lift to the restaurant, the standard guest rooms and rooms with adaptations for disabled people.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the pool and the entertainment area. 

There is a beach approximately 200m away accessible by crossing several roads. The journey to the beach takes around 6 minutes.

The resort has 225 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 216 on the second floor, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower and a standard bath.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 216 takes approximately 5 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
